“Scale comes from locally-led efficiency. Access comes from trust. Our model is built on both.”

About This Campaign

Conflict not only destroys hospitals; it severs the supply chains, staffing, and trust that make health care function. Across Ukraine, Gaza, and Syria, MFA closes that gap by pairing end-to-end medical logistics with local health networks that communities already know and rely on.

Ukraine In Ukraine, working with trusted local partners, we deliver medicines, medical supplies, and equipment to hospitals treating patients near active combat zones, sustaining care where the war has strained the health system most.

Northern Syria In northern Syria, our Al Mansoura Primary Health Care Center is the only free primary healthcare option for more than 50,000 displaced people in the Ar-Raqqah countryside, and our modular clinic in Darkush is the sole point of care for surrounding communities in Idlib.

Gaza In Gaza, our field teams deliver medical supplies and therapeutic nutrition to families in both the north and south.

Our Approach

MFA manages every stage of delivery, from procurement and warehousing to last-mile distribution, while local staff and trusted partners ensure care reaches the people who need it most.

Core Pillars of Our Healthcare Model:

  • Fixed and modular clinics in Syria: provide free care with dignity. Our Primary Healthcare Center delivers more than 4,000 free consultations each month, from general checkups to maternal care, vaccination, and treatment for endemic diseases.
  • Regular medical shipments: keep partner facilities stocked with essential treatments: prenatal vitamins, gynecological supplies, pain relief, and maternal care consumables.
  • Demand-responsive container shipments: deliver medicines, diagnostic equipment, and trauma care supplies to hospitals in Ukraine based on real-time needs.
  • Community health workers and midwives: extend care beyond clinic walls, reaching women and children who might otherwise go without.
  • Renewable infrastructure keeps care running: the clinic is 100% solar-powered and equipped with off-grid water technology producing safe, clean water for staff and patients, so care continues even when supplies are scarce or the grid goes down.

Impact & Results

Syria In Syria, MFA has supported 32 hospitals and facilitated more than 62,000 clinic visits, reaching over 564,000 people through local health networks. In the first five months of 2026, our two Syria facilities served 12,341 patients, including 1,562 antenatal care visits.

Ukraine In Ukraine, we have delivered more than $1.8 million in medical aid to 82 hospitals, including supplies supporting over 130,000 pregnancies.

Gaza In Gaza, MFA has provided treatment to 7,166 children as part of a broader response reaching more than 100,000 families.

How You Can Help

Sustained care depends on a supply chain that does not break. Your donation keeps medicines on clinic shelves, keeps midwives and health workers in the field, and keeps shipments moving to hospitals that have nowhere else to turn.
