“MFA can bring partners to the table despite their differences and then actually deliver what is agreed upon to ensure citizens are safer from harm.”

Dr. Georgette Bennett, Founder, Multifaith Alliance

About This Campaign

As a newly registered organization in Israel, Multifaith Alliance is building the capacity to respond quickly when a crisis hits, reaching vulnerable and underserved communities across Israel, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem that are too often left behind in an emergency.

After years of war, the strain on government systems has deepened, and the gaps fall on the communities least able to absorb a shock: families in the northern and southern periphery, people with disabilities, low-income households outside the reach of standard service provision, and other vulnerable communities. Prolonged conflict has also driven a mental health crisis the existing system cannot absorb: a sharp surge in trauma, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress alongside a severe shortage of therapists, with the burden falling heaviest on those already marginalized.

Our Approach

MFA will draw on more than a decade of experience across Syria, Gaza, Ukraine, and Türkiye, adapting a proven model to local conditions in Israel, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem.

Key Operational Pillars:

  • End-to-end logistics: identifying needs alongside local communities, sourcing and pre-positioning supplies, and delivering through trusted local partners when other systems are stretched or slow to reach the margins.
  • Rapid crisis response: standing ready to act when the next emergency comes, whether conflict, displacement, or disaster, so help reaches those most likely to fall through the cracks.
  • Support for the whole person: addressing not only physical needs but the psychological toll of prolonged crisis, where demand far outstrips available care.
  • Locally led delivery: work grounded in trusted relationships and carried out with community partners who know the people they serve.
  • Humanitarian diplomacy: strengthening response by bringing communities together across lines of difference, the heart of MFA's mission.

Impact & Results

This capability is still being built. As it takes shape, MFA will establish the partnerships, supply pathways, and community relationships that turn readiness into action, and will measure success by how quickly and how far help reaches the communities most often left behind. As programs launch, MFA will evaluate what works and share results openly.
