Summary of the Case
As winter storms batter Gaza, hundreds of thousands of displaced families face freezing rain in fragile tents. Following our resumption of field operations, MFA is delivering weatherized shelter, heavy-duty tarpaulins, and thermal warmth directly to vulnerable children and mothers.
Campaign Goals & Impact
“When winter storms sweep across displaced encampments, a weatherized tent and thermal blanket are not just supplies—they are the frontline defense protecting children's lives and family dignity.”
About This Campaign
As winter arrives, more than 1.9 million displaced individuals across Gaza face severe exposure to freezing rains, gale-force winds, and floodwaters. Hundreds of thousands of families are stranded in worn, makeshift shelters of fabric and lightweight plastic sheets incapable of withstanding seasonal elements.
With MFA teams cleared and resuming direct humanitarian activities on the ground in Gaza, we are launching this emergency Gaza Winter Appeal to deliver weather-resistant shelter, flood protection kits, and thermal essentials to the most vulnerable families.
Emergency Response Pillars
Our field operations focus on four essential priorities:
- Heavy-Duty Weatherized Tents: Constructing reinforced, waterproof canvas tents with sturdy frames engineered to withstand torrential rains and coastal winds.
- Waterproofing & Ground Tarpaulins: Supplying heavy plastic sheeting and elevated ground barriers to seal existing shelters and prevent mud and sewage-tainted rainwater intrusion.
- High-Density Thermal Blankets: Distributing multi-layered insulating blankets to protect newborns, infants, and the elderly from life-threatening hypothermia.
- Children's Winter Apparel: Delivering warm jackets, insulated boots, and thermal wear to keep displaced children healthy and shielded from respiratory infections.

With our operational pipeline back in motion, your contribution immediately translates into real warmth on the ground.
Share Your Warmth With Gaza's Families
Winter waits for no one. A fragile tent offers little defense against soaking rains and freezing winds. Your gift today immediately provides the tarps, blankets, and sturdy shelters that keep children safe, dry, and warm. Thank you for standing with families when they need it most.
