About This Project
Successfully installed 2,100 weatherized shelter tents and distributed thermal winter blankets protecting 10,000+ displaced individuals in Gaza.
“In times of forced displacement and loss of home, a weatherized tent and thermal blanket are the first line of defense protecting family dignity and children's health.”
Project Overview: Emergency Winterization & Shelter
Displaced families across Gaza faced severe exposure to winter cold, flooding, and torrential rains following the catastrophic destruction of residential housing.
Our field logistics teams successfully constructed 2,100 heavy-duty weatherized shelter tents and distributed thermal blankets, safeguarding over 10,000 displaced children, mothers, and the elderly from severe winter exposure.
Delivered Winterization Deliverables
Delivered Shelter Materials:
- Heavy-Duty Weatherized Tents: Reinforced multi-pole canvas and PVC tents designed to withstand high winds and heavy downpours.
- Thermal Winter Blankets: Thick insulating blankets distributed to protect infants and elderly family members from hypothermia.
