Passover tells a story not only of survival, but of collective responsibility for showing up for one another, of carrying people through crisis, and of building the conditions for renewal.
That spirit is deeply connected to how Multifaith Alliance works.
As Spring arrives, we want to take you inside a part of our model that is often unseen: the full journey from procurement to supply.
What makes this work possible is not logistics alone, but trust. Trust built over years. Trust earned through consistency. Trust made tangible through partnership.
Beginning in Türkiye
We begin this story in southern Türkiye, where the effects of the February 2023 earthquakes continue to shape everyday life.
In Hatay, one of the hardest-hit regions, healthcare infrastructure sustained major damage at the exact moment demand for care surged. Hospitals lost equipment, capacity was strained, and communities already navigating trauma were left with fewer pathways to treatment and recovery.

In response, Multifaith Alliance is supporting the provision of critical medical equipment to Hatay Mustafa Kemal University Hospital, helping restore the hospital's capacity to care for the thousands of patients who rely on it.
This work is made possible in partnership with JDC and is being operationalized in close partnership with the Jewish community in Türkiye.
Together, this collaboration reflects a model we believe in deeply: humanitarian action that is locally grounded, relationally built, and strengthened by communities working hand in hand across lines of difference.
The equipment being provided includes essential tools to improve diagnosis, monitoring, emergency response, and quality of care. But the deeper story is not only what is being delivered. It is how.
This includes identifying needs with communities, to procurement, to warehousing, to distribution, to the final delivery of goods and services through trusted local partners.
Each step is shaped in coordination with those closest to the need—local health officials, hospital leadership, and community partners—ensuring that what is sourced is not only urgent, but practical, sustainable, and aligned with real operating conditions.

From selection to delivery, installation, and follow-through, the process is designed hand in hand with those who will ultimately use and maintain the equipment.
Looking Ahead
This Passover, we are proud to launch MFA's demand to delivery campaign that will show more of this journey in the weeks ahead, from procurement to warehouse to distribution.
We want to make visible the strength of MFA's approach across the supply chain and the relationships that make it work.
