Dear Friends,
We're proud to share our 2025 Annual Report, a look at what we achieved in one of the most consequential years in our work.
In 2025, MFA operated across Syria, Gaza, and Ukraine, delivering aid in some of the most complex and high-need environments in the world.
Because of you, this year meant:
- $113 million in life-saving aid delivered
- 2,862 trucks of food, hygiene supplies, and clothing deployed into Gaza
- Over 564,000 people treated across MFA-supported health programs
Behind every number is a family that ate, a child protected from illness, or a patient who received care when no other options existed.
Gaza: Aid at Extraordinary Scale

- In one of the most acute humanitarian crises in the world, MFA delivered nearly 23 million essential items, reaching virtually every community across the territory.
- This amounted to roughly 10 rounds of emergency support per person — a scale rarely achieved in humanitarian response.
- We also treated 7,166 malnourished children, providing both preventive and life-saving therapeutic care.
Syria: From Emergency to Recovery

2025 marked a turning point. As Syria entered a fragile post-conflict phase, MFA expanded its role:
- 62,955 patients treated in MFA-supported clinics
- 449,900 additional patients reached through partner facilities
- A new office in Aleppo, supporting early recovery and return
We are not only responding to crises, we are helping communities rebuild for a better tomorrow.
Ukraine: Sustaining Frontline Care

In the fourth year of full-scale war, we kept hospitals running where it matters most:
- Aid delivered to 82 health facilities
- ~51,000 patients treated through MFA-supported supplies
Each shipment ensured that doctors had what they needed to save lives under extraordinary conditions.
Built for Impact
MFA operates with an unusually lean model:
- ~91% of expenditures supported direct humanitarian programming
- A global coalition of 100+ partners amplifying every dollar and delivery
This is what makes our model work, and why we can reach places others cannot.
More Than Aid
In 2025, MFA is also growing our vision of humanitarian diplomacy, building bridges across communities and advocating for policies that affect millions of displaced people regardless of religion or geography.
From the U.S. Congress to the Israeli Knesset, our work extended beyond delivery, into dialogue, access, and long-term change.
