Multifaith Alliance is proud to announce a new collaboration with Solidarités International to support pregnant and lactating women in Northeast Syria through an integrated cash + maternal and child health program.

This partnership represents a new approach for MFA, connecting community referral, clinical care, and cash-for-food assistance through a single, coordinated pathway.

📍 Where: Mansoura (Hunieda village), Raqqa Governorate

How it works:

  1. Solidarités International identifies and refers vulnerable pregnant and lactating women from the community
  2. Women attend MFA-supported clinics for medical verification and ongoing antenatal and postnatal care, delivered by qualified midwives and doctors
  3. Based on verification, Solidarités International enrolls women to receive cash-for-food assistance, supporting immediate household food security

By linking medical verification to timely cash support, this model reduces gaps and delays while ensuring assistance is delivered ethically and with dignity in a fragile setting.
