In a region where many health facilities have shut down, MFA’s Primary Healthcare Center remains a constant source of services and hope. Each month, our local medical team provides more than 4,000 free consultations, from general checkups to maternal care, vaccination, and treatment for endemic diseases. The clinic is 100% solar-powered and equipped with off-grid water technology that produces safe, clean water for staff and patients. Because we rely on local leadership and renewable systems, we can keep care going even when supplies are scarce or the grid goes down. Every patient is treated with dignity, and every service is provided free of charge.
